Turn on projectors and lower screens
Turn on the video rack before opening ProPresenter
Turn on Audience and Stage outputs on ProPresenter and make sure they are routed correctly on the Roland matrix. (Left and Right set for PC1. Rear set to Confidence.)
Test video sound with FOH & Broadcast Audio
Double-check ProPresenter for typos on sermon slides & scripture (checked title slide for correct date)
Click through all the sides how you would during the service to test macros
Double-check countdown is scheduled in the calendar

During Services

Run slides for songs
Run slides for message
- Stay on the keypoints for at least 30 seconds. If the speaker goes into a verse before the 20 seconds is over, go back to the keypoint again for 30 more seconds.
Switch Roland Matrix to ATEM-AUX if there are baptisms or other elements when you want the center camera on screen.
Switch Roland Matrix to ATEM-PGM if there are elements when you want the main livestream program feed on the screen.

Give SD card to Switcher
After the Livestream is off and the crowd is thinning, shut down projectors & roll up screens
