Troubleshooting

Sunday Run-Through

• Think through different shots you can use during songs as you are hearing them during the run-through
• Keep an eye on the lighting levels & where people are standing on stage to make sure the shots look good
• Make sure audio is coming to the Multiviewer and Stream PC ProPresenter
• Verify SD cards are in the HyperDeck recorder and format SD cards from Stream Deck

Before Services

• Make sure Boxcast is connected and all lights are solid green 7 minutes before service
• Verify stream is going to YouTube 5 minutes before the service
• The ProPresenter pre-service loop (10 minutes before service), countdown (2 minutes before service), and live video (at service start time) should trigger automatically and lead you into your first live shot as the service starts
• SD card recorder will automatically start recording 2 minutes before the service starts

Between Services

• Get the cameras ready and set for the beginning of the next service
• Stop the stream on Boxcast

After Services

• Remove SD cards from the recorder and copy them to the Stream PC in the "Copy SD Card Here" folder. Add it to a new folder with the current date
• Stop the stream on Boxcast
